RGS Company Chief Energy Engineer

Ensure uninterrupted, safe and cost-effective operation, maintenance and development of all energy systems of the company (electricity, heat, water, etc.), storm and municipal wastewater systems.
Organize and control technical maintenance, repair and preventive inspections of energy facilities.
Prepare energy sector modernization strategies in order to reduce costs and increase energy efficiency.
Plan the annual resource budget of the energy department, control costs.
Prepare technical specifications for public procurement, fill in mandatory documentation and reports for energy facilities.
Carry out the search and selection of contractors, as well as control over the quality of work performed and compliance with deadlines.
Be responsible for compliance with the fire safety requirements of the company's electrical safety and repair and production department in the company.
Represent the company in communication with ESO and other contractors and the State Energy Regulatory Council.
Check the operation of the company's energy equipment, communication equipment, signaling, accounting, and control devices, security and automation devices.
Participate in testing and acceptance of energy equipment for operation, analyze their operating conditions, clarify the causes of premature wear, prepare measures for their economical operation.
Participate in the preparation of safety instructions at work.
Participate in working groups for the design of new objects.
Control the timely implementation of existing and new energy projects of the department.

Higher or higher university education (in the field of energy, engineering or technology sciences).
At least 3 years of managerial work experience in the energy sector;
Excellent knowledge of the Law on Energy of the Republic of Lithuania and related by-laws;
Valid energy worker certificates (responsible for the electricity sector AK category, responsible for the heat sector);
Certificate allowing to be responsible for the heat sector and gas sector.
Driver's license (category B).
