Description:
Join one of the largest beauty and cosmetics retailers in the Baltic States! UAB "Kosmelita" operates more than 120 EUROKOS stores in Lithuania, develops "The Body Shop" chain in the Baltic States and expands its activities in Finland. We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who will help base marketing and business decisions on data, analyze campaign effectiveness, customer behavior and sales results, and contribute to business growth with their insights.
What will you do?
What will you do?
- Analyze the results of TV, digital advertising, CRM, loyalty and other marketing channels.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness according to key KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and provide recommendations for optimizing marketing investments.
- Analyze customer behavior, purchasing habits and loyalty program effectiveness.
- Segment audiences, identify growth opportunities and assess the impact of marketing actions on sales.
- Monitor competitors' actions, pricing, promotions and communication.
- Analyze beauty market trends in Lithuania and international markets.
- Evaluate the potential of new brands and categories.
- Provide insights and recommendations to marketing and business teams, helping them make data-driven decisions.
We hope you:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics or data analysis.
- Excellent Excel skills (Pivot, Power Query or other formulas).
- Able to independently analyze data and formulate clear business recommendations.
- Curious, result-oriented and like to search for answers in data.
- Able to clearly present complex information to various audiences.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio or other BI tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4.
- Experience in data analysis of Google Ads, Meta Ads or other digital channels.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce or FMCG sectors.
