Nature of work:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist who is able to develop an international marketing strategy, strengthen the ERGOVENT brand position in the global market and ensure that marketing activities directly contribute to the company's growth.
This is a strategic leadership position that includes brand development, product marketing, international market development, B2B / B2C marketing and marketing team management.

What you will do with us:
- You will develop and implement international B2B and B2C marketing and product launch (Go-to-Market) strategies, aligned with the development goals of a rapidly growing company.
- You will develop and strengthen the ERGOVENT brand in international markets, ensure its positioning and competitive distinctiveness, and increase awareness of the product category itself.
- I will plan and coordinate marketing in export markets, communicate with representatives of trading partners around the world.
- I will organize the company's participation in international exhibitions (stand concepts, design, installation, product displays and promotional materials).
- I will form and manage the annual marketing budget, control its implementation, analyze costs and ensure effective allocation of investments.
- Together with the team, you will ensure the preparation of all necessary marketing materials (catalogs, technical specification documents, installation instructions, installation videos, websites, etc.)
- I will form digital marketing and communication strategies. You will oversee their implementation and the development of all communication channels in order to effectively reach target audiences.
- I will lead a professional marketing team, providing the opportunity to perform all necessary work within the company. You will set goals, priorities, develop competencies and ensure effective organization of work.
What do we expect from you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in marketing management.
- Have international marketing experience, have developed and implemented strategies in different export markets (a big advantage).
- Have successful brand and product marketing experience, are able to form their positioning strategies, effectively introduce new products to the market and select the most effective marketing tools.
- You are well versed in digital marketing, are able to analyze its results and assess effectiveness.
- Have experience in organizing international exhibitions and managing marketing budgets.
- Are characterized by creative and original thinking, are able to generate exceptional marketing ideas, inspire the team and at the same time turn them into effective advertising campaigns.
- Marketing is more than a job for you, it is a true passion. You are constantly improving, are interested in the latest trends, notice and analyze exceptional advertising campaigns, are actively interested in the possibilities of artificial intelligence and apply them in practice.
- You are able to mobilize, motivate a team, think strategically, manage projects and achieve measurable results.
- You communicate well in English, both orally and in writing.
