What are you going to do
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, ATL/BTL, web, CRM)
- Provide insights and recommendations that directly affect budget allocation and campaign direction
- Create dashboards and reports that are actually used for decisions
- Create and develop marketing measurement and attribution logic (tracking, UTM, data structure)
- Integrate different data sources into a unified analysis model
- Work with GA4, Power BI, HubSpot (or similar)
- Initiate hypotheses and contribute to testing (A/B, campaign optimization)
- Help answer the questions:
Where are we burning the budget?
What really generates value?
What are we hoping for
- 3+ years of experience in marketing/performance data analysis
- Ability to transform data into clear solutions and business recommendations
- Experience with GA4 and BI tools, CRM systems
- Understanding of attribution, funnel analysis and marketing effectiveness assessment
- Ability to work with multiple data sources and structure them
- Logical thinking and ability to structure information
- Curiosity and willingness to ask questions (even uncomfortable ones 🙂)
- Goal-oriented thinking and approach
