Marketing and e-commerce team leader

With over 14 years of experience in leisure services sales, the NoriuNoriuNoriu.lt team is looking for a talented marketing and e-commerce team leader.

Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy and campaigns across channels.
Plan, execute and optimize e-commerce activities, monitor sales results, budgets and KPIs.
Coordinate and supervise the work of an external agency.
Organize the activities of the marketing team, plan work and ensure smooth implementation of campaigns.
Ensure the creation of communication and advertising visual materials in collaboration with designers.
Oversee email marketing and lead generation campaigns, improve conversion rates.
Develop partnerships and collaborations that strengthen brand awareness.
Work together with Sales, Customer Service, IT and other departments.
Coordinate marketing communications in physical stores.
Analyze marketing and e-commerce data, prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve results.

Experience in marketing or e-commerce
Knowledge of digital marketing
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights.
Good project and priority management skills.
Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.

From 1300 €/mon. net
From 1300 EUR (net) + bonuses. Negotiated salary depends on acquired competencies.
