About us:
BTL Group unites over 3000 employees in more than 50 companies operating in the sectors of international freight forwarding and forwarding, real estate, accommodation, ferry, bridge and tunnel ticket sales. We are currently actively expanding our company, we invite MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION GROUP HEAD (-Ę) to join the team in Kaunas.
Nature of work:
- Prepare, coordinate and implement marketing projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and analysis of results.
- Organize and coordinate the work of the marketing and communication group, distribute tasks, control their implementation;
- Administer the implementation of the marketing and communication group's budget.
- Prepare marketing action plans and implementation schedules and initiate and supervise their implementation;
- Organize, analyze and optimize digital advertising campaigns using external service providers;
- Develop the group's communication content and organize image strengthening projects;
- Administer the group's social media accounts and other platforms and actively create engaging content (videos, reels, visuals, texts);
- Participate in event organization processes, organize external events and contribute to the implementation of internal initiatives;
- Cooperate with teams from other departments and provide assistance in implementing strategic initiatives;
- Coordinate supplier and partner selection processes, conduct negotiations and coordinate contracts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing project management;
- Higher university education (an advantage in the fields of marketing, marketing or communication);
- Solid marketing knowledge: the operation of advertising tools, channels, their effectiveness assessment.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Digital marketing competencies: SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads; ability to analyze data and provide insights.
- Experience in administering social media accounts and websites.
- Creativity and content creation skills: fluent communication, ability to generate ideas, write engaging text content.
- Excellent independent planning, organization and management of several marketing projects simultaneously.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
