Your role in the team:
- Together with the project manager, plan the marketing, advertising and corporate communication activities of residential real estate projects.
- Collect and systematize the necessary information, formulate tasks for PR, creative, advertising and other agencies and coordinate their implementation.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, PR initiatives and content publication in digital and traditional channels, ensuring communication consistency, quality of work and adherence to deadlines.
- Organize events, partnerships, sponsorship initiatives and coordinate the updating of sales promotion materials.
- Monitor the results of the activities carried out and market trends and provide the team with suggestions for improvement.
We hope:
- At least 2 years of work experience in marketing, communications or advertising.
- Experience in coordinating projects and collaborating with agencies or other external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate smoothly with different teams.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of digital advertising, social networks and performance analysis.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, initiative and result orientation.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
