Your main responsibilities:
- create and implement the marketing and communication direction of Agrochema, linking it to business goals;
- develop the company's and its product brands, strengthen their positions in the market;
- lead the marketing and communication team - mobilize, develop, set goals and help turn them into results;
- initiate and implement marketing and communication projects, evaluate their impact and results;
- analyze the market, customer needs and the effectiveness of marketing actions, identify growth opportunities;
- initiate and coordinate the company's representative events and business trips;
- plan and manage the marketing budget;
- cooperate with different company teams and be their partner on marketing and communication issues;
- cooperate with external partners, represent the company and purposefully shape its reputation.
If you:
- has significant experience in marketing and communication and team or project management (knowledge of the agricultural sector is an advantage);
- is able to think strategically and turn ideas into concrete actions;
- is able to mobilize people, create cooperation and grow a team;
- has ideas, initiative and courage to defend them with arguments;
- speaks English –
