Our client is a stable and long-standing B2B wholesale company operating in the field of technical and engineering products. The company is one of the market leaders in its segment in Lithuania.
We are looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager who will implement the company's marketing plan, strengthen cooperation with suppliers and ensure consistent communication across all channels.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cooperation with suppliers (~50% of working time):
Communication and content management (~20% of working time):
Visual material and coordination (~15% of working time):
E-commerce and events (~15% of working time):
- You will maintain constant contact with suppliers on marketing issues - special promotions, news, product publicity.
- You will organize supplier events and product presentations.
- You will coordinate the preparation of annual catalog materials with suppliers.
- You will implement the marketing plan - you will ensure that suppliers' products are visible and actively communicated.
Communication and content management (~20% of working time):
- You will ensure a constant flow of news, promotions and content on social networks, newsletters and the website.
- You will maintain the website, coordinate periodic content updates.
- You will ensure regular company visibility.
Visual material and coordination (~15% of working time):
- You will create small layouts (Canva or a similar tool), coordinate larger works with external agencies (design, printing, corporate attributes).
- Produce and distribute marketing materials.
- Maintain overall visual consistency across all channels.
E-commerce and events (~15% of working time):
- Coordinate e-store operations - ensure content is relevant and neatly presented.
- Organize participation in exhibitions.

- Salary from 2,500–3,300 EUR (before taxes), depending on experience and competencies.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience in marketing or project management (in a commercial or B2B organization - a big advantage).
- Understanding how to manage a marketing budget and execute marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing - social networks, newsletters, paid advertising.
- Ability to work with Canva or a similar design tool.
- Good English skills - written and spoken.
- Independence and initiative - this is a position for someone who sees what needs to be done and does not wait for instructions.
- Ability to coordinate several projects at the same time and collaborate with external partners.
