Marketing and Communication Manager

For more than three decades, Magrės baldai has been creating quality furniture and cozy homes for thousands of customers in Lithuania. Today, we are looking for a creative, proactive and knowledgeable Marketing and Communication Manager who will help grow our brand in the digital space.

If social networks are not just platforms for you, but a place to tell stories, create emotion and generate results, we are waiting for you in our team.

🚀 You will manage and develop Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn channels.

🚀 You will prepare a social media communication strategy and content plans.

🚀 You will create engaging content from idea to implementation:

• film and photograph;
• create Reels, TikTok and Stories content;
• edit videos;
• write texts and adapt them for different platforms.

🚀 You will plan and implement marketing campaign communication.

🚀 You will prepare advertising texts, visual and video materials for Meta, Google and other campaigns.

🚀 You will coordinate work with advertising, creative and digital marketing agencies.

🚀 You will create and manage email marketing campaigns (on Omnisend or other platforms).

🚀 You will analyze communication results, provide insights and suggest improvement solutions.

🚀 You will follow social media trends, test new content formats, and apply AI tools in your daily activities.

✔ At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media or content creation.

✔ You have a good understanding of the principles of operation of major social media platforms.

✔ You understand how to create content that not only looks aesthetically pleasing, but also creates value for the business.

✔ You are able to independently film, photograph and edit short video content.

✔ You have strong copywriting and visual communication skills.

✔ You have worked with Canva, CapCut or other creative tools.

✔ You are familiar with email marketing, segmentation and automation.

✔ You are able to plan work, manage projects and meet deadlines.

✔ You know how to work independently, take responsibility and achieve results.

✔ You are interested in the latest marketing trends and AI opportunities.

A big advantage:

⭐ Experience creating content for interior or lifestyle brands.

⭐ Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other short video formats.

⭐ Photography and visual content creation skills.

⭐ Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

⭐ Experience working with agencies.
