We are looking for someone who feels the tone of communication, notices details and is able to create content from the first idea to the final result - text, visual or joint work with creative partners.
Experience in the field of real estate would be an advantage, but we most value creativity, aesthetic sense, responsibility and the desire to create communication that is relevant, high-quality and exclusive.

Nature of work
- Take care of social media communication for GALIO GROUP and the projects being developed – generate and plan content ideas, administer the content calendar and ensure their consistent implementation;
- Create and adapt content in different formats for social networks, advertising campaigns, newsletters and other channels – from engaging texts and visuals to photo and short video content, preparing it for publication;
- Be interested in social media, content and AI search (GEO) trends, search for new formats and apply them in GALIO GROUP communication;
- Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, photographers and other partners;
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing campaigns, events and other communication initiatives.
We hope you
- Have a higher education (marketing, communication, advertising, journalism or similar field is an advantage);
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of marketing, communication or content creation;
- Knowledge of social networks and basic principles of digital marketing;
- You write excellently in Lithuanian and are able to create clear, high-quality content adapted to different audiences;
- You are able to independently use Canva, Adobe package, Figma or other graphic design and video creation tools and create simple content;
- You are able to effectively apply AI tools: for creating text and video content, ensuring its quality;
- You know how to analyze results and make data-based decisions;
- You are creative, organized, attentive to details, have a good aesthetic sense and are able to independently implement ideas;
- You are able to plan work and manage several tasks at the same time;
- You speak English well.

Salary
1500–1900 Eur in hand, depending on experience and competencies.
