Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Project Manager to join the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will develop, plan and implement marketing and sales promotion initiatives and offers in the daily banking and savings (deposits, accounts, service plans, payment cards) business lines for retail clients;
- You will plan, initiate and manage complex marketing projects and campaigns, looking for innovative solutions for customer acquisition, activation and retention;
- You will be responsible for your project budget, advertising efficiency, sales, competitive environment monitoring and insights for improving results;
- You will ensure the implementation of assigned activities on time, within budget, within the agreed scope and in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes;
- You will cooperate intensively within the department, with internal departments, channel and product owners, external partners, stakeholders;
- You will quickly and effectively resolve emerging problem situations, apply the latest marketing and digital marketing experiences.
To be #closer, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing marketing and sales promotion projects (an advantage is in the financial services sector, retail clients);
- At least 3 years of experience working in large organizations, teams, cross-functional projects;
- Excellent knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, social media, customer experience, branding, ATL, BTL, external communication;
- Collaboration and work experience in working with media, creative, digital advertising, public relations agencies, partners;
- Ability to easily communicate and collaborate with various levels of stakeholders;
- Ability to present, speak publicly, represent your field in internal and external meetings, events;
- Critical and analytical thinking, strong orientation towards results, knowledge of legislation;
- Good (not lower than B2) reading, writing and communication skills in English;
- Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project), JIRA program management.
