Marketing and advertising manager/manager

Administration of social network accounts and other platforms, active creation of engaging content (videos, reels, photos, texts);
Website content maintenance, information updating;
Preparation of reports and other information documents;
Creation, planning, ordering of advertising and information materials;
Planning, initiation and management of B2B, B2C "online" and "offline" marketing campaigns;
Administration and coordination of advertising in internal channels;
Sales of advertising space, preparation of related documents, reports;
Organization, coordination, documentation preparation of exhibitions, fairs, events, marketing and communication projects;
Newsletter marketing: planning, content preparation;
Creation, analysis, optimization of digital advertising campaigns with the help of external service providers;
Cooperation with creative, digital marketing, media planning and PR agencies;
Active participation in creating and implementing communication plans (external and internal communication);
Help for employees of the marketing department.

Higher or higher education (preferably in the field of marketing, communication or business management);
At least 2 years of experience in marketing;
Ability to create engaging advertising content, excellent writing skills in Lithuanian and English;
Video creation experience (reels, stories, videos) for social media;
Ability to independently plan, organize and execute several marketing projects simultaneously;
Computer literacy, excellent working skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools used to manage them (SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads);
Experience with content management systems;
Ability to work with large-scale data, systematize information;
Diligence, attentiveness, responsibility, initiative, excellent communication skills.
