The goal of the Marketing and Digital Communication Center is to develop marketing and digital communication studies, research, and cooperation with business and public sector organizations.
Nature of work
- to form and implement the strategic directions of the Center;
- to organize and coordinate the implementation of study programs and quality assurance;
- to initiate and develop applied research, experimental development and project activities;
- to develop cooperation with social partners, business and public sector organizations;
- to initiate the attraction of external funding, national and international projects;
- to prepare activity plans, reports and present activity results.
Requirements for candidate (s)
- Master's degree or equivalent higher education in a field related to the Center's field of activity. A doctoral degree would be an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in supervisory work and academic activities;
- English language proficiency at least B2 level;
- Knowledge of study organization, quality assurance and project management;
- Experience in preparing and (or) implementing national or international projects;
- Ability to mobilize a team, initiate changes and develop partnerships;
- Excellent communication, organizational and strategic planning skills.
