Nature of work:
In this position, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing marketing and communication activities of the Vytautas Magnus University Academy of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the Academy), namely:
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of marketing measures for studies, research, partnerships, community and other activities of the Academy.
- Initiate and coordinate study publicity campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate events, study presentations, visits to schools, partnership initiatives and other activities for target audiences.
- Plan the budget of marketing projects, coordinate purchases, cooperate with external partners and ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Analyze the results of marketing activities, assess the effectiveness of communication measures and provide data-based proposals for improving activities.
- Cooperate with the Communication and Marketing Department and other university departments, faculties, schools, social partners and other stakeholders, bringing them together to implement common marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Higher education in marketing, communication, management or related fields;
- At least 3-5 years of successful work experience in the field of marketing;
- Experience in brand management, understanding of visual identity;
- Experience in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns;
- Experience in collaborating with advertising, creative or digital marketing agencies and other external partners;
- Ability to independently plan, organize and coordinate work, effectively manage deadlines, prioritize and ensure their implementation;
- Ability to analyze data, assess the effectiveness of marketing tools and make data-based decisions;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English (level B2 or higher);
- Computer literacy, ability to analyze data and make decisions;
- Strategic thinking, creativity, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Responsibility, initiative and ability to work in a team.

The final salary will be discussed with the selected candidate, taking into account his/her competencies and experience.
Additional incentive payments may be granted based on performance and contribution to the unit's activities.
