We are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator who is able to combine creativity with organization, independently coordinate different tasks, and is willing to contribute to the communication of well-known automotive brands.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing projects and ensure their smooth implementation.
- Administer social networks, contribute to content planning, preparation and publication.
- Update website content and prepare information about new products according to manufacturers' requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation and coordination of marketing and communication materials, ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Collaborate with creative, media, production agencies and other external partners.
- Contribute to the implementation of events, new car launches, partnerships and other brand projects.
- Coordinate project deadlines, tasks and budgets.
- Monitor key marketing campaign indicators, systematize results and contribute to the preparation of reports.
We hope you:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of marketing and have successfully implemented similar tasks.
- You are familiar with digital marketing and social media administration.
- You are organized, responsible and able to effectively plan your time and priorities.
- You are proactive, independent and at the same time able to work smoothly in a team.
- You know how to communicate with different people - from colleagues to external partners and agencies.
- You have excellent writing and editing skills in Lithuanian.
- You are able to create attractive visual content and are familiar with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other design programs.
- You are attentive to details, but at the same time you see the big picture of the project.
- You have good oral and written English.
- You have a higher education in marketing or are a final year student.
- Has a category B driver's license.
