Responsibilities:
- Coordination and implementation of marketing projects, ensuring their smooth progress and effective communication between stakeholders;
- Development of KIKA brands: from active involvement in the product development process (market analysis, creation of labels and descriptions) to the development and implementation of marketing solutions in physical stores;
- Implementation of KIKA's marketing strategy in physical stores (POS solutions, "talking" product shelves, etc.);
- Participation in retail chain store renovation projects according to the brand's visual identity;
- Create and strengthen KIKA brand value through strategic partnerships;
- Regular visits to stores, assessment of the effectiveness of marketing solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills;
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Marketing experience (FMCG sector is an advantage);
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Analytical thinking and result orientation.
