Nature of work
- You will communicate with colleagues from various university departments, help clarify their needs and plan the most suitable marketing solutions.
- You will coordinate the implementation of marketing projects together with internal designers and other members of the marketing team.
- You will plan the progress of projects, coordinate deadlines and ensure smooth communication between all project participants.
- You will coordinate the creation and implementation of various marketing tools - from digital content, event visuals and communication tools to publications, souvenirs and photo shoots.
- You will contribute to the improvement of marketing processes.
We hope you
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing project coordination or project management.
- Able to assess project goals, clarify the need and turn it into a clear task for the team.
- Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously, set priorities and ensure their smooth implementation.
- Know how to evaluate creative solutions and ensure consistent application of visual identity.
- Able to communicate clearly and collaborate with colleagues from different fields.
- Have excellent Lithuanian and good English skills.
We will consider it an advantage if
- You have experience working in an advertising, communication or creative agency.
- You have coordinated creative, design or marketing projects.
- You have experience working with different internal or external clients.
- You have a higher education in marketing, communication, management or another related field.

Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join the newly established VMU Marketing Department and help implement various university marketing projects. The most important thing in this position is the ability to understand the needs of colleagues, coordinate the progress of projects and ensure that ideas are implemented in a timely and high-quality manner.

The final salary will be discussed with the selected candidate, taking into account his/her competencies and experience.
