Marketing Project Manager

"Eglės sanatorija" is a leading, largest sanatorium in Lithuania and Northern Europe! The sanatorium is located in the nature-loving resorts of Druskininkai and Birštonas and other Lithuanian cities, where it has opened 11 new rehabilitation centers. It is currently recruiting a Marketing Project Manager to join the team.

🌲Good knowledge of the business segment, market and competitor analysis;
🌲Creation and management of the service portfolio in cooperation with the medical and sales teams;
🌲Introduction of new services to the market;
🌲Marketing budget planning and management;
🌲Planning and implementation of marketing actions (ATL and BTL);
🌲Continuous analysis of the results of the curated service portfolio;
🌲Teamwork with other departments of the company to achieve a common result;
🌲Coordination of work with internal designers and external agencies;
🌲Work with designers, creative, media agencies, event organizing companies, photographers, etc.

🌲Excellent Lithuanian and good English;
🌲Higher education (in marketing, communications, business or related field);
🌲Advanced marketing specialist with experience in managing product/service portfolio and multi-channel advertising campaigns;
🌲Experience in medical, pharmaceutical or hospitality services companies (advantage);
🌲Knowledge of project management principles and ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously;
🌲Ability to collaborate with different teams and solve problems;
🌲Analytical thinking, attention to detail;
🌲Good negotiator;
🌲Initiative, responsibility, result orientation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
