Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan and manage project marketing budgets and ensure their effective use.
- Organize and coordinate marketing campaigns from idea to implementation.
- Ensure the positioning of projects and brands in the market, based on market, competitor and target audience analysis.
- Coordinate sales and marketing actions to achieve set goals.
- Manage external partners (creative, advertising, public relations, digital marketing agencies, photographers, real estate portals, etc.), ensuring the quality of work, deadlines and budget compliance.
- Coordinate the progress of projects between internal teams - sales, project development, construction and other departments.
- Analyze campaign results, prepare reports and provide recommendations to increase marketing efficiency
We hope you:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in marketing project management.
- You are able to plan work, manage priorities and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- You are result-oriented.
- You are able to analyze data and propose solutions based on results.
- You work well with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You have experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and are able to apply them in daily activities.
Advantages:
