Nature of work:
The company is looking for an active, responsible and communicative project manager who will work with the company's clients - customers of advertising projects.
1. Analysis of customer needs and expectations;
2. Creation of an idea and presentation of its implementation to the client;
3. Detailed planning and implementation of the buyer's marketing project - target group, location, agreements with service providers, provision of measures, estimates, calculation of profitability, etc.;
3. Specific tasks regarding the preparation of measures - for production, designer, taster team;
4. Control of the entire project and feedback to the client;
5. In the case of an international project, information transfer/coordination across the Baltics;
6. Constant maintenance of relations with clients;
7. Monitoring market trends.

Employee requirements:
1. Experience in marketing, advertising, event organization or similar project management (in an agency or business company);
2. Experience in preparing project estimates, calculating profitability.
3. Ability to independently, creatively and effectively manage a project;
4. Stress resistance (when there is a very high pace of work and several tasks at once);
5. Willingness and ability to work with business clients;
6. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
7. Good written and spoken English (Russian is an advantage);
8. Driver's license required.
