OneStop offers its customers everything for a modern workplace: computer equipment, printers, consumables, office supplies, furniture, hygiene products and many other products.
We are currently updating the OneStop brand and e-commerce platform, so we are looking for someone who would independently manage this marketing project and help it grow.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and result-oriented marketing specialist who would take responsibility for all OneStop marketing – from increasing brand awareness, content creation to marketing automation, customer loyalty and sales promotion.

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and result-oriented marketing specialist who would take responsibility for all OneStop marketing – from increasing brand awareness, content creation to marketing automation, customer loyalty and sales promotion.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement a common OneStop marketing strategy.
- Manage all brand communication across channels.
- Increase OneStop awareness and attract new B2B and B2C customers.
- Plan and execute sales promotion campaigns.
- Select relevant products, create special offers and promotions.
- Create and administer website content: banners, promotion pages, product categories, news and other sales-promoting information.
- Segment customers and create relevant, personalized offers for them.
- Automate sending newsletters, special offers and other communications to customers.
- Develop a customer loyalty program and increase repeat purchases.
- Work with marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with sales, product, IT teams and external partners.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign results, conversions and sales.
- Independently propose and implement new business growth ideas.
What are we hoping for
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or brand development.
- Ability to independently plan work, make decisions and take responsibility for the final result.
- Initiative, drive and focus on sales growth.
- Understanding customer segmentation, email marketing and marketing automation.
- Ability to create clear, attractive and selling content.
- Analytical thinking and ability to evaluate marketing actions according to specific indicators.
- Want to look for new opportunities and implement them independently.
- Motivation to achieve ambitious goals and receive higher rewards for good results.
- Experience working with Shopify, CRM, email marketing, advertising or analytics platforms would be a great advantage.
