We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager. In this position, you will plan and implement marketing initiatives, contribute to the introduction of new educational publications and solutions to the market, and help strengthen their visibility among teachers, schools and other members of the educational community.

What will you do after joining our team?
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns for educational publications and solutions.
- Create communications about new publications, promotions, events and offers to clients.
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, market trends and campaign results.
- Work with CRM to build stronger relationships with our clients and drive community growth.
- Update content on the website and other digital platforms.
- Independently create simple visual materials using Canva.
- Contribute to the organization of virtual and live events.
- Collaborate with sales, publishing and other teams.
We hope you:
- you have experience in marketing, communication or a similar field;
- you are able to independently plan work, coordinate several projects at the same time and meet agreed deadlines;
- you like to write and are able to create clear, engaging and persuasive texts;
- you are not afraid to communicate directly with existing and potential customers, hear their needs and collect feedback;
- you are able to analyze marketing and customer data and work with Excel;
- you know how to use graphic design tools, such as Canva, and can independently prepare simple visual materials;
- you have experience working with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS);
- you have worked with CRM systems and (or) email marketing tools;
- you have an education in marketing, business, communication or a similar field;
- you are interested in education, educational products or have experience in this field;
- you speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English.
