In this job you will:
- You will create and implement large-scale marketing campaigns – from creative idea to campaign launch and evaluation of results,
- You will be one of the main ambassadors of our brand’s visual identity – you will ensure its consistent and high-quality use across all communication channels,
- You will manage complex marketing projects that bring together creative, media, internal teams and external partners,
- You will create briefs for creative agencies, evaluate their proposals, provide feedback,
- You will manage campaign budgets – plan, control and ensure their effective use,
- You will monitor the market, competitors and communication trends, look for new opportunities and ideas that can strengthen our brand,
- You will be someone who sees not only individual tasks, but also the big picture – from brand consistency to business goals and the final result of the campaign.
We expect you to:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in marketing and have independently managed large-scale marketing campaigns and complex projects,
- You have a great understanding of how a brand is created and developed, have a strong visual sense and are able to ensure consistent use of visual identity,
- You are able to manage a campaign from A to Z – form a task, create an action plan, coordinate different teams and partners, manage deadlines, budget and ensure a quality result,
- You have experience working with creative agencies,
- You are familiar with media planning principles, understand the role of different channels and are able to assess the effectiveness of campaigns,
- You are able to manage several large-scale projects simultaneously, set priorities and maintain attention to detail even at an intense pace,
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills and are able to combine the interests of different departments to achieve a common goal result,
- You are proactive, independent, curious and result-oriented – you not only implement tasks, but also propose ideas and solutions yourself,
- You have excellent written and oral English.

- salary: €2,700 – €3,500/month (excluding taxes, depending on your experience and skills),
