Your main tasks:
Preparation of marketing and communication strategies and action plans and ensuring their implementation.
Planning and coordination of marketing projects, cooperation with agencies and partners.
Drawing up a marketing budget and controlling its implementation.
Monitoring the market, competitors and trends, providing proposals for improving marketing activities.
Maintaining relations with the media, preparing press releases, articles, interviews and podcast materials.
Planning, creating and administering social media content.
Developing and implementing an employer image strengthening strategy.
Organizing internal and external company events.
Coordination of marketing activities of a group of companies, aiming for unified communication.

We expect from the candidates:
Marketing and independent campaign management experience.
Knowledge of brand creation and development, ability to ensure consistent application of visual identity.
Ability to lead a campaign at all stages: prepare a task, plan actions, coordinate teams and partners, meet deadlines and budget, and achieve a quality result.
Experience in cooperation with creative agencies.
Knowledge of media planning principles, understanding the role of different channels, and ability to evaluate campaign results.
Communication and collaboration skills.
Initiative, independence, curiosity, and result orientation, as well as the desire not only to complete tasks, but also to propose ideas and solutions.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
