What will your working day smell like?
First of all – fresh bread. And then – ideas, content and campaigns that do not remain only in presentations ;)
- Social networks. I will plan and coordinate our brand communication on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other channels. You will make sure that the content is relevant, engaging and reflects the character of the brands.
- Digital advertising. I will coordinate campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital advertising channels, cooperate with agencies, evaluate their proposed solutions, monitor results and look for ways to improve them.
- E. commerce. You will be responsible for the development of our e. commerce channel and coordination of daily activities: the relevance of product information, offers and promotions, improving the shopping experience, analyzing sales results and implementing growth-promoting initiatives.
- Creative campaigns. From new product launches to seasonal or image campaigns, I will generate ideas, plan actions and coordinate their implementation across different channels.
- Websites and SEO. You will ensure the relevance of website content, initiate updates and coordinate SEO actions to make us easier to find and more convenient to navigate.
- Numbers and insights. You will analyze the results of campaigns, social networks and digital advertising, look for opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
- Partnerships. You will coordinate work with advertising, digital marketing and creative agencies, ensuring that projects are carried out with high quality and on time.
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in digital marketing, communication or marketing project management;
- You are familiar with social media communication and understand what content works on different platforms;
- You are familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and digital marketing analytics;
- You have a good aesthetic sense and understand that a strong brand is built through details;
- You are able to think creatively, but also make decisions based on data;
- You know how to manage multiple projects at the same time, plan work and meet deadlines;
- You are able to clearly formulate tasks and work constructively with creative and technical partners;
- You are independent, proactive and not afraid to take responsibility;
- You have your own opinion, know how to justify it and listen to others;
- You want to grow, experiment and find new ways to make our brands even more visible and loved.
It is a big advantage if you have experience in the FMCG, food or retail sector.

"Biržų duona" is one of the oldest and largest bread bakeries in the Lithuanian capital.
Although it was founded in 1953, we associate the revival of the company with 2001, when it was privatized by the Kurganov family, which until now has been wholeheartedly involved in the life of "Biržai duonas".
We are famous for rye sourdough bread, the production process of which often takes more than 3 days. Creativity has followed "Biržų duona" from the very beginning, so the assortment includes a rich palette of traditional Lithuanian baked goods, handmade desserts, delicacies inspired by foreign traditions.
We also bake products suitable for Gluten Free and KETO diets.
"Biržai duona" loves and protects its environment. The bakery uses clean, locally produced solar energy. It is also equipped with modern thermal energy saving technology, with the help of which the energy released during the cooking process is collected and reused. The special leaven created by our technologists allows us to use non-marketable breads for the production of other breads and thus give them a second life.
