Nature of work
Project Management
- Planning and implementing marketing projects (deadlines, budget, quality);
- Implementing campaigns together with agencies;
- Coordinating new collection presentations and seasonal campaigns;
- Organizing photo shoots (locations, team, products, logistics, schedules);
- Organizing and participating in events;
- Coordinating opinion leaders' campaigns (contracts, deadlines, content control);
- Working with advertising partners (ADS providers, performance agencies - project coordination).
- Ensuring smooth cooperation between Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Sales and Product Development teams and external partners;
- Managing clear deadlines, priorities and responsibilities;
- Coordinating suppliers and agencies.
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing project management (agency or in-house);
- Experience working in a marketing team and good understanding of marketing processes;
- Ability to independently plan, structure and prioritize work;
- Experience working with suppliers, partners and agencies;
- Budget management skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Aesthetic sense and interest in fashion / jewelry / visual culture;
- Ability to ensure project implementation from start to finish.
