We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager who is able to formulate and implement a long-term marketing strategy, rely on data and ensure effective communication with customers through various channels.
Main responsibilities:

- Formation of marketing strategy and tactical plan and implementation management;
- Formation of brand positioning and image direction;
- Ensuring awareness growth and communication efficiency;
- Planning, coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of national campaigns;
- Formation of product development direction based on market analysis and data insights;
- Development of retention and lifecycle communication (email marketing, personalization);
- Management of marketing budget efficiency and ROI optimization;
- Data-driven decision-making (segmentation, consumer behavior analysis, profitability assessment).
We hope you:
- You have more than 3 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management or project management;
- You have a higher education in marketing, communication or a similar field;
- You are able to analyze data and make decisions based on insights;
- You are result-oriented and able to manage several projects simultaneously;
- You have strong communication and leadership skills;
- You are interested in market trends and innovative marketing solutions;
- You are creative, proactive and bravely accept challenges;
- You have good English language skills (written and spoken);
- You have excellent analytical skills.
