Marketing Project Manager

Your goals in the company:

  • Strategic planning: you will develop and implement a marketing strategy, shape the brand image in the market and manage the marketing budget.
  • Campaign management: you will initiate and manage advertising campaigns to promote sales and increase brand awareness and introduce new products to the market, communicate with external partners, analyze campaign results.
  • Visual communication development: create packaging designs, exhibition stands and other visual content that matches the identity of our brands.
  • Internal communication and reporting: you will prepare informative presentations for the sales team, analyze market trends, competitor actions, track KPIs of ongoing actions and provide reports.

We expect you to meet the following criteria:

  • Higher university degree (marketing, communication or similar field).
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in strengthening brands, introducing new products to the market and managing budgets and projects.
  • Ability to collect, systematize and analyze data.
  • Skills in layout and visual content creation.
  • Creativity and ability to form engaging communication, implementing innovative ideas while adapting to a constantly changing market.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Good working skills in MS Office.
