Job Description:

Marketing Strategy and Planning. You will develop and implement the Lithuanian marketing plan, aligning the local product marketing strategy with the global brand direction and priorities.
Team Leadership and Development. You will lead the Lithuanian marketing team – you will develop the team, set responsibilities and priorities, manage the workload and develop their competencies.
Budget Management. You will manage the annual marketing budget, set investment priorities, monitor costs and assess the effectiveness of marketing actions and return on investment.
Brand Implementation. You will ensure consistent implementation of the global brand strategy, achievement of KPIs and cooperation with media and production partners.
Product Marketing Strategy. You will develop and implement the Lithuanian product marketing strategy, in close cooperation with the Sales and Product teams. You will contribute to product positioning and market strategy in order to increase profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. You will monitor the effectiveness of actions, results and constantly adjust actions based on them.

We expect that YOU:

Have a higher education (in the field of marketing, business management or communication would be an advantage).
You have accumulated at least 5 years of successful work experience in the field of marketing.
You have accumulated at least 3 years of team management experience (responsibility for employee development and team results).
Strategic thinking and ability to create marketing strategies and action plans that grow the business.
Ability to manage and adapt the strategy of the group of companies to the local market.
Have excellent cross-functional skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience in planning and managing the department's budget and assessing the effectiveness and profitability of marketing actions.
Experience in the insurance or financial sector (advantage).
Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both verbally and in writing.
