Nature of work
YOUR WORK DAY WILL BE DISTRIBUTED IN A 60/40 PROPORTION:
60% – Digital content, creativity and communication projects:

- Social media management: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube account management, writing engaging texts, preparing visuals and creating photo/video content for the brands we represent (CFMOTO and Polaris, GOES, Indian and us Motorider).
- Newsletters and layout: Preparing and sending newsletters via the Brevo system, light layout work (price updates, leaflet corrections, business cards).
- Websites: WordPress content management system maintenance (information creation).
- Communication: Daily organizational and administrative communication projects.
- Participation in events: Physical preparation and representation of the company team at events (often held on weekends), where we present our DEMO equipment.
- Organization: Communication with event organizers, coordination of our participation.
- Exhibition supervision: Supervision and coordination of advertising equipment exhibitions in shopping centers and sports arenas (search for new locations, maintaining order and aesthetic appearance).
- Marketing warehouse: Supervision of warehouse inventory (tents, flags, leaflets, helmets) and preparation for transportation.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of real work experience in business companies in the field of marketing (university internships and study projects are not included in this experience).
- Proactive and hands-on approach: We do not need just someone who follows instructions - we are looking for someone who sees what needs to be done (e.g., when they see dusty exhibition equipment or expired brochures, they take action themselves).
- Creativity and technical skills: Ability to edit videos (TikTok/Reels), work with layout tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is a great advantage) and fluent presentation of thoughts in writing (writing advertising texts).
