Marketing Specialist

What kind of work awaits you?

This is a position for someone who wants to see the whole marketing picture and have a real impact on business results. We expect you to be the main marketing initiator and coordinator, but you can use external partners or specialists if necessary.

Your field of responsibilities will be wide, so one day you can analyze the results of the e-shop and plan a sales promotion campaign, the next - organize product presentations, create a newsletter or think about a new loyalty initiative for craftsmen.

Among the most important areas:

• Social media communication planning, content creation and coordination;
• Website and e-shop development and continuous improvement of their efficiency;
• Development of newsletters, customer segmentation and automated communications;
• Coordination of Google, Meta and other digital channels and analysis of results;
• Creation and development of loyalty programs for craftsmen and business clients;
• Implementation of sales-promoting promotions, offers, product sets and other initiatives;
• Organization of product launches, events and other marketing projects from idea to result;
• Cooperation with the sales team, finding ways to increase customer activity and sales;
• Working with external partners, agencies, designers, photographers or programmers, when additional competence is required.

We hope that You:

• You have accumulated at least several years of practical marketing experience;
• You know how to not only plan, but also implement marketing actions yourself;
• You are well-versed in digital marketing and the online space;
• You are able to create high-quality Lithuanian content and have excellent language and literacy skills;
• You understand the differences between B2B and B2C communication;
• You have a commercial mindset and are able to link marketing actions to sales results;
• Able to prepare simple layouts or visuals;
• Know how to intelligently use artificial intelligence tools to increase work efficiency;
• Have a portfolio of work examples or projects that you can be proud of.

We are not looking for a narrow specialist in one field, but someone who can see the big picture, understand what is happening in the market, know how to prioritize work and take initiative. What matters to clients is not the number of completed tasks, but the real implementation of solutions and the value they create for the business.
