Arte Domestica is one of the largest distributors of innovative home appliances, electronics and leisure goods in the Baltic States, representing such premium brands as DYSON, Tineco, Narwal, Laurastar, Melitta, Wahoo, Coros, etc. The company cooperates with retail chains and e-commerce channels in the Baltic States and throughout Europe.
OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
To formulate and implement marketing strategies for premium brands, encompassing both digital and traditional communication, adapting them to e-commerce and retail channels in the Baltic States.
IN THIS HEADING:
- You will develop strategies for the development of Dyson and other Premium brands in the Baltic markets, strengthening their image and awareness.
- You will cooperate with retail and e-commerce partners, ensuring high-quality communication, digital marketing and product introduction, support and sales promotion strategies.
- You will plan the marketing budget with international suppliers, negotiate terms and jointly develop product introduction and sales promotion strategies.
- You will actively work with client marketing teams to increase brand awareness and sales.
- You will comprehensively manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use, management and return on investment. In cooperation with department heads, you will provide insights and solutions, contribute to strategic goals and long-term growth.
- You will lead a dynamic team consisting of two marketing managers and a designer. You will organize work, motivate the team and encourage cooperation to achieve common goals.
- You will constantly monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer needs. You will seek new opportunities and implement innovative solutions that help maintain leadership and growth.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a leadership position, strategic marketing function.
- Experience with consumer goods (consumer electronics, consumer goods) is a big advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of English. Russian is an advantage.
- Higher education (in marketing, sales, management or other field)
