We are growing, investing in operational efficiency and modern technological solutions, therefore we are currently looking for a creative, proactive and analytically thinking Marketing Manager to lead the marketing department of the group of companies.

You will be responsible for:
- Formation and implementation of the marketing strategy of the group of companies, in order to increase brand awareness, form a positive image, grow customer flows and sales.
- Development of the marketing activity model and continuous improvement of processes, in order to achieve greater efficiency, independence and use of modern technologies.
- Increasing the efficiency of the marketing function, optimally combining the competencies of the internal team and the services of external partners and strengthening the competencies required by the team.
- Implementation of AI, automation and other technological solutions in content creation, layout, preparation of visual materials and other marketing and communication processes.
- Practical application of AI solutions in daily activities and promotion of their use throughout the group of companies.
- Organization of the work of the marketing team: setting goals and priorities, delegating tasks, training employees and controlling results.
- Preparation of annual marketing activity plans, budget planning, distribution and ensuring its effective use.
- Development of a clear marketing results evaluation system, determination of key performance indicators and their continuous monitoring.
- Analysis of advertising channels, implemented advertising activities and marketing campaigns results, formulation of conclusions and adoption of data-based decisions on further actions.
- Planning, organization and control of advertising projects, events, loyalty and gift voucher programs, public relations and digital communication.
- Analysis of market, competitive environment, sales and customer flow data and initiation of activity improvement decisions.
- Coordination of cooperation with advertising, communication and other external partners, assessing the need for their services, quality, price and created value.
- Management of resources, contracts and documentation related to marketing activities, in accordance with the requirements of the company's internal policies and legal acts.
We hope you:
- You have a university degree. We will give priority to candidates with a degree in marketing, management or communication.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, communication or management and at least 2 years of experience in a leading marketing position.
- You have experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, planning budgets and managing complex projects.
- You are able not only to manage existing marketing activities, but also to critically evaluate processes, initiate changes and ensure their implementation.
- You have strong leadership skills, you know how to mobilize a team, clearly set priorities and delegate responsibilities.
- You think strategically and analytically, you are able to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and make data-based decisions.
- You are able to link creative and innovative ideas with specific business goals and measurable results.
- You practically use AI tools and understand how artificial intelligence and automation can help you perform marketing work faster, more independently and more effectively.
- You have strong strategic planning, decision-making and risk management skills.
- You are able to constructively communicate, negotiate, coordinate the work of different parties, cooperate and manage conflict situations.
- You have excellent command of Lithuanian and English - at least at the C1 level.
- You work well with MS Office programs.
