Marketing Manager

ADMITA is looking for someone who would be responsible for the marketing of the entire company group: from strategy and budget to campaign results, websites, content and daily work implementation.

ADMITA's activities include short-term car rental, long-term and operational rental, parking lots and car service services. We work with both private and business clients, so there is no single product, single audience or single marketing channel.

The goal of this position is to help businesses grow the number of reservations and inquiries, strengthen the awareness of ADMITA's brands and ensure that the marketing budget generates measurable returns. You will not only need to propose a direction, but also take care of its implementation.


What will you be responsible for?

You will develop and implement an annual marketing strategy, manage the budget and set priorities.

You will be responsible for marketing KPIs, their analysis and presentation of results to management.

You will analyze data, assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make decisions based on analytics.

You will seek new business growth opportunities for different services, cities and customer segments.

You will form and manage a marketing team and be responsible for its results.

You will ensure the effective operation and growth of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, etc.).

You will improve the customer journey from first contact to reservation or sale.

You will work closely with sales, operations and other teams, contributing to the development of new services and projects.

At least 3 years of experience in marketing, at least part of which you were responsible not only for execution, but also for strategy, budget and results.

Experience in managing paid advertising, SEO, content, social networks, radio, television and direct communication channels.

Ability to understand digital marketing indicators: conversion, CAC, CPL, ROAS and revenue attribution to channels.

Experience working with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other marketing and analytics tools.

Ability to form a specific marketing plan from the business goal, and clear decisions from the data.

Experience in managing agencies, freelancers or other external partners.

Very good Lithuanian and English language skills - oral and written.

Independence, responsibility and ability to manage several different projects simultaneously.

From 3500 €/mon. gross
