We are looking for a bold, fast-paced and innovative Marketing Manager to shape marketing direction, strengthen brand awareness and contribute to sales growth. This is a position for someone who is able to see the bigger picture, react quickly to changes and turn ideas into clear, measurable results.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on sales growth, customer acquisition and brand strengthening.
- Initiate, plan and manage advertising campaigns in collaboration with advertising, creative and media planning partners.
- Develop and implement external and internal communication plans, ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior and campaign results, offering data-driven solutions.
- Lead the marketing team, develop its competencies, encourage initiative and ensure efficient work.

The first "Pegas" bookstore was opened in 2003, currently 200 employees work in the entire network, and "Pegas" located in the Vilnius Acropolis is the largest bookstore in the Baltic States.
We own 26 physical bookstores (19 direct and 7 franchises) and the electronic bookstore pegasas.lt, which is why we are the largest bookstore chain in Lithuania. In bookstores, we try to create a cozy and friendly space for all book lovers.
