As Vilnelė Clinics grows, we are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager who will be responsible for planning and implementing the Clinic's marketing and communication activities, digital marketing, coordinating the work of the communication agency, and attracting patients and business clients.
We are looking for someone who is able to see the entire marketing process - from strategy and idea to its implementation, evaluation of results and further decisions.

Nature of work
- Plan and implement the Clinic's marketing and communication activities, administer the Clinic's digital communication channels - website and social networks
- Coordinate the work of the communication agency and other external partners - formulate tasks, provide relevant topics and information, coordinate content and control implementation
- Contribute to the creation and preparation of video content for the Clinic's social networks and other digital channels
- Plan and implement digital marketing and patient attraction activities, monitor their results and initiate necessary changes
- Develop sales of the Clinic's services in the B2C and B2B segments, initiate customer attraction, sales promotion and partnership activities
We look forward to hearing from you
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communication, sales or business development (experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage)
- Ability to independently prepare and implement marketing plans
- Experience in coordinating the work of communication agencies or other external partners
- Knowledge of the principles of digital marketing, social networks and advertising campaigns
- Practical skills in creating simple video content
- Independence, initiative, ability to manage multiple projects and result orientation
- Excellent Lithuanian language and business communication skills
