JOVESA UAB is a successful, innovative and growing architectural/design lighting company, operating one of the largest specialized lighting e-stores in Lithuania, physical showrooms in Kaunas and Vilnius ("SIETYNAS") and developing private brands.
We are looking for a modern, one-man marketing engine ("hands-on" strategist), who is able not only to plan, but also to generate content himself, using the latest AI tools, and to track advertising return on investment (ROI).

What will you do:
- Content management: You will develop creative communication, form content from salons and implemented objects. You will independently decide what you generate yourself, and for which material (video/photo/layout) you will hire external help.
- AI content generation: You will work with the highest quality basic product visuals created by us and, using AI tools, generate digital content for social networks, e-shop and advertisements.
- Private brand development: You will coordinate the preparation of technical catalogs, packaging design vision and brand positioning.
- PR and B2B/B2C traffic generation: Increasing the awareness of “Sietynas” salons.
- Traffic and Ads budget management: You will coordinate with the Google/Meta Ads agency the budget and monitor the cost of customer acquisition (CAC). You will contribute to the improvement of SEO/GEO.
What do we expect from you:
- Hands-on approach: Ability to write your own converting text, generate visuals and launch a campaign.
- Performance marketing: You understand what ROAS is, conversion cost and how to measure whether a campaign has brought profit.
- Technological literacy: You are not afraid to work with e-commerce platforms and are receptive to learning new AI tools. If necessary, you are able to formulate tasks for IT specialists.
- Similar work experience (in B2B/B2C sectors, e-commerce or working with architectural/interior products) would be a great advantage.
