What will your working day look like?

What will your working day look like?
- You will work with marketing and communication plans and implement them together with the team;
- You will communicate with external marketing service providers and coordinate their work and quality assurance;
- You will work with online content management, accounting, advertising communication systems;
- Together with the team, you will take care of the company’s image, work on projects to ensure and support it;
- You will look for representative materials and prepare them yourself;
- You will organize the company's participation in events, exhibitions, and proper product publicity;
- Together with colleagues, you will work on online and social network projects and their administration;
- You will create advertising, informational texts, handouts, and edit them;
- You will work with various video materials, create scripts for video reports, various advertising campaigns, and projects.
- You will follow the market, the latest trends, and provide and implement new ideas.
What do we expect from you?
- You are a person who feels responsible and respectful towards colleagues, clients, partners, you seek more advanced solutions, you work with dedication, you share your knowledge with colleagues, you achieve your goals together, you build relationships based on trust;
- You are proactive, you have ideas and you like to turn them into reality;
- You know how to work both independently and with a team;
- You are able to mobilize a team of different people for the implementation of your (marketing) projects;
- You have experience in the field of communication and marketing (at least 1 year of experience is required);
- You like to create text and video content (e.g. reels/stories) for social media;
- You enjoy organizing events;
- You have layout skills or want to learn them and you are not alien to a sense of aesthetics;
- We expect that you will speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English and will have a driver's license.
- You are no stranger to diligence, which is necessary not only for mental but also physical work;
- You care not only about the work process, but also about the result that you would achieve personally and with a team.
