Main responsibilities:
- Coordination of marketing campaigns (press, outdoor advertising, TV, digital advertising and events).
- Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, processing of results and other data and preparation of reports.
- Market analysis, monitoring of competitors' actions, pricing, promotions and communication.
- Cooperation with advertising agencies and other business partners.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in marketing, communication or similar fields.
- You have work experience in marketing, analytics or similar fields.
- You are able to analyze the results of sales and marketing campaigns and prepare clear and substantiated conclusions.
- You have experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
- You are curious, result-oriented and like to search for answers in data.
- You can clearly present complex information to various audiences.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English - both spoken and written.
- You are interested in cosmetics and beauty products, you follow the latest beauty trends.
- You know how to use marketing data analytics platforms (e.g. GA4).
- You are familiar with Meta Business Suite.
