Your tasks:
- Plan and coordinate direct marketing campaigns.
- Implement marketing strategy across various communication channels: e-store, sales promotion campaigns and direct marketing activities.
- Plan, create and optimize newsletter campaigns, apply A/B testing methods and analyze their results.
- Coordinate content creation in collaboration with the internal marketing team and external partners.
- Prepare creative tasks, coordinate visual and textual solutions and ensure their compliance with brand guidelines.
- Ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns, adhering to established deadlines, budget and quality standards.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities, analyze data and provide insights for improving activities.

- Higher education in marketing, communication, business or similar field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing manager or similar position.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Independence, responsibility and initiative.
- Result-oriented, flexible and able to respond quickly to changes.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Skills in marketing campaign management, priority planning and work coordination.
- Understanding of content creation, campaign principles and results analysis.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
