Here you will have the opportunity to work with mobility solutions that change the everyday lives of Vilnius residents, grow the JUDU brand, increase the use of digital services and contribute to how people move around Vilnius.
We care so we expect you to:
- You have at least 2 years of practical experience in the field of digital marketing and have independently implemented effective campaigns;
- You are well versed in digital advertising channels and have practical experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads or other advertising platforms;
- You are able to work with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), understand key marketing performance indicators and know how to interpret them;
- You not only analyze data, but also use it to make decisions, optimize actions and improve results;
- You have creative thinking, are able to generate ideas and turn them into implementable marketing solutions;
- You understand the principles of audience segmentation, consumer behavior and customer journey;
- You are able to independently plan work, set priorities and manage several projects at the same time;
- You are proactive, result-oriented, able to present your ideas and recommendations in a reasoned manner;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and have good command of English.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning, implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve clear, measurable results;
- Managing marketing projects from creative idea and strategic planning to implementation and evaluation of results;
- Analysis of campaign effectiveness, consumer behavior and other marketing data, development of insights and recommendations and their application in practice;
- Segmentation of target audiences, analysis of their needs and customer journey, selection of the most effective communication channels and solutions;
- Increasing JUDU brand awareness, use of services and customer loyalty;
- Initiating creative marketing solutions, testing new ideas, formats and channels and assessing their effectiveness;
- Planning the marketing budget, its effective use and monitoring campaign results;
- Collaboration with internal teams, creative, digital advertising and other external partners.
