Nature of work

  • lead the Market Services Group, shape its activity directions, goals and priorities;
  • organize the work of the team, distribute responsibilities, develop specialists and ensure a clear rhythm of activities;
  • ensure coordination of balancing capacities, balancing energy, flexibility and other additional services and electricity market development;
  • manage the market services portfolio: budget, priorities, development plan, dependencies and implementation progress;
  • create and develop market services performance indicators (KPIs), monitor their implementation and initiate improvement actions;
  • ensure that the life cycle of services and products is managed from idea to market operation and further development;
  • coordinate the development and improvement of electricity market and service rules, methodologies, processes and operating models;
  • ensure clarification of business needs and initiation and coordination of IT changes;
  • coordinate cooperation with market participants, regulatory authorities, Baltic and European TSOs and internal teams;
  • ensure the group's representation in ENTSO-E, Baltic region and other international working groups;
  • create and strengthen centralized market service development competence within the organization.

Employee requirements

  • higher university education or equivalent qualification in energy, economics, management, information technology, fundamental sciences or another related field;
  • experience in leading a team, organizing work, developing specialists and achieving common results;
  • experience in creating, implementing and developing services, products or business processes;
  • experience in coordinating complex changes involving business, IT and other stakeholders;
  • ability to shape the direction of activities, set priorities and turn them into implementable solutions;
  • strong stakeholder management, cooperation and negotiation skills;
  • understanding of the principles of markets, exchanges, platforms or other regulated business environments;
  • excellent oral and written English;
  • analytical thinking, result orientation and ability to operate under conditions of uncertainty.

Advantages:

  • work experience in the activities of TSOs, STOs, electricity exchanges or other energy market organizations;
  • experience in balancing, flexibility services or electricity market;
  • experience in developing digital products or platforms;
  • experience in international working groups, committees or projects;
  • experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, Program Manager or similar functions.

Offered remuneration:

5000 - 6700 EUR (taxes included), depending on competences and experience.
