Responsibilities:
In the field of risk management
- Prepare, update and regularly review risk management documents related to the company's activities;
- Consult the company's management on risk management issues, help implement the requirements of legal acts and established procedures in the field of risk management;
- Ensure proper identification, registration, analysis and reporting of risk events;
- Prepare regular risk reports to the board, escalating significant risks and internal control deficiencies as necessary;
- Provide insights and recommendations on how to strengthen internal control and improve overall risk management.
In the field of law
- Prepare and update the company's internal documents (policies, procedures, policies);
- Assess the legality and appropriateness of the terms of contracts concluded by the company;
- Consult the company's management on legal issues, help implement the requirements of legal acts and established procedures in the company's activities;
- Administer company board meetings, prepare draft minutes and decisions of the company board;
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of legal work experience is required;
- Higher education in the field of law is required;
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of risk management is required;
- Work experience in a financial institution is an advantage;
- Knowledge of the requirements of the legislation regulating the activities of financial institutions, GDPR and DORA regulations is an advantage;
- Good written and oral communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work both in a team and individually;
- Ability to prepare policies, procedures, reports and letters.
