You will be trusted
- Ensure compliance of the Company and the Company's group companies with legal acts and internal requirements, monitor relevant changes in legal acts and provide recommendations to management and employees.
- Organize the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks of the Company and the Company's group companies, including operational risks, prepare reports and propose risk mitigation measures.
- Prepare and supervise the internal audit plan of the Company and the Company's group companies, coordinate its implementation.
- Prepare, assess and coordinate contracts, internal documents, procedural and other legal documents of the Company and the Company's group companies, participate in negotiations and represent their interests.
- Monitor compliance with personal data protection requirements in the Company and the Company's group companies, examine inquiries, complaints and claims related to data processing.
- Consult and educate employees of the Company and the Company's group companies on legal, compliance and risk management issues, provide proposals for improving processes and activities.
- Ensure compliance of the Company's bond issuance-related processes, assess risks and cooperate with supervisory authorities, auditors and consultants.
- Participate in the business continuity and crisis management processes of the Company and the Company's group of companies.
- Contribute to the projects of the Company and the Company's group of companies, cooperation with partners, clients and institutions within the scope of competence.
Required qualifications
- Higher university legal education.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar legal work.
- Good knowledge of commercial, contract, corporate, labor and civil law and the ability to navigate case law.
- Ability to understand, analyze and logically interpret legal problems and make decisions independently.
- Understanding of business and commercial law issues.
- Knowledge of personal data protection requirements and risk management.
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating the company's economic, financial and economic activities.
- Knowledge of labor law and occupational safety requirements.
- Knowledge of the legal basis for concluding and terminating contracts and the requirements for preparing procedural documents.
- Knowledge of the process of examining complaints and statements, document preparation and clerical requirements.
- Knowledge of methods and tools for resolving conflicts.
- Good analytical, organizational and leadership skills and logical thinking.
- Diplomacy, sociability, courtesy and the ability to communicate constructively with employees, customers and business partners.
