We are looking for a risk modeling analyst who would join our team and contribute to financial risk assessment, scenario analysis and test preparation in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will develop and implement statistical models designed to forecast and assess potential risks, including participating in a risk stress testing exercise to calculate the level of credit, climate (ESG) and other risks using risk assessment (statistical) models;
- You will analyze the structure, dynamics and quality of the data used in the models, and provide conclusions and recommendations;
- You will analyze and interpret the results of model calculations and identify the main risk factors;
- You will prepare calculations for assessing the impact of macroeconomic parameters on risk indicators and performance according to the methodologies established by the bank;
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of models, perform their validation and initiate model updates when necessary.
- Document the processes, methodologies and assumptions used for risk modeling, ensuring transparency and the ability to use the information in the future.
- Contribute to the preparation of stress testing documentation and presentations.
To be #closer, you will need:
- You have a higher education in mathematics, economics, statistics or finance;
- You have good data analysis skills and are able to work with large amounts of data;
- You have strong analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills;
- You are able to effectively organize work and present complex information in a clear and structured way;
- You are fluent in oral and written communication in Lithuanian and English;
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint presentations and Word documents);
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, R or other analytical tools;
- Eager to learn and develop in the field of bank risk management;
- Able to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met;
- An advantage - knowledge in the fields of modeling, economics and finance
- An advantage - previous experience in ICAAP / ILAAP processes, risk stress testing, model validation or risk assessment in the financial sector.
