RISK MANAGEMENT HEAD

We will entrust you with:

• form and develop the company's risk management system, prepare and update related documents,
• initiate, coordinate and supervise risk management processes, carry out continuous risk monitoring,
• create and administer the company's risk registers,
• organize risk identification sessions, coordinate the involvement of risk owners and periodic risk reviews,
• coordinate the preparation and implementation of risk management measures plans, analyze risk indicators,
• provide conclusions and proposals on the impact of changes on the company's activities,
• participate in the preparation and review of activity planning documents,
• ensure the dissemination of information on risk management issues, provide consultations, prepare reports, organize training and presentations for employees,
• cooperate with state institutions and other organizations, represent the company within the scope of competence.

It would be great if you:

• have a higher education or equivalent in the field of social sciences/law,
• have 3+ years of work experience in the field of risk management (in a state-owned enterprise - a great advantage),
• know the principles of risk management and are able to apply them in practice,
• know international practice, laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating risk management and internal control, and are able to apply them in practical activities,
• are able to clearly and fluently express thoughts in writing and orally, collect, systematize, analyze and summarize information,
• know the principles of corporate management and operations (in state-owned enterprises - a great advantage),
• have good computer skills (Microsoft Office),
• have good English language skills,
• are attentive to details and have good analytical skills.

3600-4300 €/mon. gross
A specific salary is offered, taking into account work experience and competence. You will additionally earn a variable part of the annual remuneration, depending on the performance of you and the Company.
