Your responsibilities:
- You will develop, implement and coordinate the company's risk management process - from principles to real-life solutions;
- You will identify, analyze and manage operational, financial, project and other risks that may affect the organization's activities;
- You will develop and maintain a risk register, assessment models and control mechanisms;
- You will ensure that control measures operate effectively, provide analytical and methodological assistance;
- You will cooperate with the company's departments - you will be a partner in making decisions on risks and control issues;
- You will participate in the assessment of new projects and processes - you will help identify risks before they arise;
- You will prepare and implement Business Continuity plans and coordinate actions during incidents;
- You will constantly improve risk management tools, systems and methodologies;
- You will prepare clear and reasoned risk reports for management and the board;
- You will contribute to strengthening an organizational culture based on risk management.
We hope you:
- Have a higher education (in finance, economics, auditing, business, or similar field);
- Have at least 3 years of experience in risk management, audit, control or consulting (construction, real estate or project environment experience is an advantage);
- Have worked with the development or improvement of risk management systems;
- Have practical experience in Business Continuity planning and the development and improvement of ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) systems;
- Have a good understanding of risk management principles and are able to apply them in practice;
- Have strong analytical thinking and are able to clearly present complex information;
- Work well with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Be able to work effectively both independently and in a team;
- Be a curious, proactive and result-oriented person;
- Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- You have a risk management certificate (e.g. FRM, ERP, etc.) - we will consider it an advantage;
- You have an impeccable reputation.
