The company was founded in 2018 and its activities include the development, production and sale of lasers and laser systems. Special attention is paid to areas where high pulse energy and relatively low repetition rate laser technologies are applied - in the production of medical equipment, scientific research and other areas.
We are looking for an RnD engineer who will join our team, improve existing lasers and develop new ones.

What will you be responsible for in our company?
- In the laboratory, together with highly qualified specialists, you will improve existing products and develop new ones.
- You will generate ideas for future products.
- You will participate in various projects and manage them.
- You will test and analyze optical schemes and engineering assemblies.
- You will search for optimal and innovative technical solutions, solve emerging technical problems.
- You will prepare technical documentation and descriptions of assembly methodologies for the products being developed.
- If necessary, you will go on business trips to customers: you will install and service our lasers in their laboratories, analyze customer needs and offer solutions.
What are our expectations for You?
- Higher university education in physics or engineering.
- Experience in working with solid-state lasers, their production or service or a strong desire to acquire it.
- Ability to solve complex problems together with specialists from various fields.
- Independence, good time management skills and a desire to constantly improve and deepen knowledge.
- Excellent written and spoken English (B2 level).
A big advantage:
- Work experience in the field of lasers.
- Basic programming skills (e.g. Python).
- Ability to model optical systems (e.g. Zemax).
