In this role you will:
Coordinate and manage FTL and LTL transport orders from booking to delivery.
Ensure efficient planning and execution of road transportation services.
Maintain daily communication with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive updates to customers.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery performance.
Support business development activities and identify opportunities for additional services.
Prepare and maintain transport documentation and operational records.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.

What you bring to the team:
Experience in road freight forwarding business.
Good understanding of FTL and LTL transportation processes of local and European markets.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
English language is required.
